A province-wide outage affected SaskTel’s mobile, internet and land line services late Friday morning.
An equipment outage caused the intermittent disruption that lasted about several hours. While services returned for some people around 1 p.m., the network operations centre had to reboot the system which delayed restoration for some customers.
SaskTel hasn’t said how many customers were affected.
SaskTel, meanwhile, announced that Peebles, Corning and Windthorst were without landline, mobile and internet Friday evening after a cable was cut by a contractor outside of Windthorst.
The company said all services were restored at 9:30 p.m.
