Radio station C95 is gathering food for the Saskatoon Food Bank and offering up a chance to win a Justin Bieber VIP Concert Experience.
Bieber takes the stage in Saskatoon Thursday night and the show is a sell-out for SaskTel Centre.
To enter the contest, C95 is encouraging listeners to stuff a Saskatoon Transit bus with non-perishable food items.
On Wednesday, they’re broadcasting live from the Michael’s Your Independent Grocer location on Wanuskewin Road, and donations are being accepted there and two additional locations until 6 p.m.
The Saskatoon Food Bank and Learning Centre’s list of most wanted items include: baby formula, canned soups and stews, whole grain pastas and cereals, canned vegetables, beans and proteins and 100 per cent real fruit juices.
For every bag of groceries donated, the listener can enter to win a concert experience.
The winner will be announced by Rob, Shauna and Lena during the morning show tomorrow.
