Catholic schools appeal judge’s decision over student funding

It’s a landmark legal case and you can watch live as the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal hears arguments on education funding.

In 2017, Justice Donald Layh ruled that it’s unconstitutional for the provincial government to pay for non-Catholic students to attend Catholic schools.

The provincial government and Christ the Teacher Catholic Schools will argue against that.
