A man found injured in Riversdale Saturday afternoon has died, and Saskatoon police are now investigating their 8th murder case of the year.
Police said the 24-year-old was picked on the Avenue E S., just south of 20th Street, at around 1:30 p.m. He later died in hospital.
The nature of the man’s injuries has not been released, and no arrests have been announced. The major crimes unit, forensics and the officer of the chief coroner are all involved in the investigation.
