RCMP finds body in Highway 11 ditch outside Regina

The RCMP is investigating after finding a body in the east ditch of Highway 11 just outside Regina.

Police are expected to be at the scene, near the new overpass, for a few hours.

Traffic could be delayed in the northbound lanes.
