A 37-year-old man is facing a litany of firearms charges after the Regina Police Service executed a search warrant in the city Thursday night.
At about 9:45 p.m., following an investigation by the Street Gang Unit, a search warrant was executed at a house in the 600 block of McTavish Street. Officers from the street crimes, drug unit, Special Weapons and Tactics, canine and crisis negotiation teams also participated.
After the search found guns and ammunition in the house, one man was arrested and charged with 20 firearms offences.
He was to appear in court on Friday.
