Regina police confirmed Friday the identity of the man who died in an officer-involved shooting on May 4.
Geoff Morris, who was identified by family on social media in the days after the incident, was shot and killed by an officer during an alleged hostage situation in an apartment on the 1900 block of Halifax Street.
Police said the officer who fired their gun was a 14-year member of the force.
