RCMP are confirming two people are dead after a three-vehicle crash Saturday afternoon on Highway 13, approximately 18 kilometres east of Weyburn.
Mounties told 980 CJME Sunday afternoon that an early investigation shows a vehicle travelling eastbound rear-ended the car in front of it, sending that vehicle into oncoming westbound traffic.
Police say the coroner is still working to identify the people who died as their vehicle went up in flames during the crash.
According to RCMP, the rest of those involved suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
