Regina firefighters were sent to a home in the 1300 block of Robinson Street on Thursday morning, responding to a house fire in North Central.
Smoke was visible coming from the house at about 4:30 a.m.
By 6 a.m., four fire trucks were still on the scene, while firefighters were busy going through the home, looking for hot spots; no smoke or flames were visible from the outside of the house at that time.
A member of the Regina fire department said it appeared the fire started in the basement; they said no one was injured.
