An apartment suite located above a business, as well as three other adjoining suites in downtown Saskatoon, have been damaged due to a fire that arson investigators are now looking into.
It happened in the 400 block of 20th Street West Saturday morning.
Fire crews responded around 9 a.m. after receiving several 9-1-1 calls about smoke in the area; flames were shooting through the roof by the time they arrived.
It took about 45 minutes to get it under control.
Police blocked off part of the street while crews were working in the area.
It caused around $400,000 in damage.
There are no injuries.
