Regina police are reporting another shooting in the city, after someone allegedly fired a bullet through the door of a downtown apartment suite on 14th Avenue.
It’s the fifth shooting in three days in the city. Police responded to four others over the weekend.
A news release from the police service said Monday’s shooting happened at about 4:40 a.m., in a building near the intersection of 14th Avenue and Cornwall Street.
When officers arrived, they found a suite door “with damage consistent with a firearm discharge,” the release said.
A person inside the suite suffered minor injuries from the incident.
Regina police want anyone with information about the shooting to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
