Saskatoon police are investigating a stabbing in the city’s northwest.
Police responded to the area of 40th Street and Quebec Avenue on Saturday afternoon and found a man with stab wounds.
The suspect tried to flee the scene but was tracked down and arrested by a K9 officer a short time later.
He has not yet been charged, the victim is listed in serious but stable condition and being treated for a chest wound.
Police say the suspect and the victim knew each other.
