A whole bunch of drugs were found inside a vehicle after it was stopped on Highway 1 by Grenfell Wednesday afternoon.
RCMP said around 5 p.m, an eastbound car was stopped after an officer noticed a vehicle equipment regulation violation.
Broadview Combined Traffic Services Saskatchewan conducted an investigation and utilized their specialty services narcotic detection dog. Eight pounds of cannabis marijuana along with hashish, oxycontin, and psilicybin were seized.
The lone person in the vehicle was arrested at the scene without incident.
Anthony Sanoffsky, 55, of Calgary, Alberta, is facing five drug-related charges including four for possession for the purpose of trafficking.
Sanoffsky appeared in court in Yorkton Thursday morning.
