A police search in Blaine Lake turned up hundreds of stolen cheques and identification cards on Sunday.
The RCMP acted on a tip about fraudulent activity and subsequently executed a search warrant on a home in the community north of Saskatoon.
A total of 200 cheques were recovered along with 144 pieces of ID, which the RCMP said were mostly Saskatchewan driver’s licences and health cards.
The RCMP also seized stolen tools and a small amount of what is believed to be crystal meth.
Latecia Juba-Arcand, 27, was arrested and charged with identity theft, fraud, forgery, possession of stolen property and assault causing bodily harm.
She made her first court appearance Tuesday in Saskatoon.
