Charges are pending against a Saskatoon man who was hit by a car while crossing the road.
Officers responded to the 800 block of Broadway Avenue just before 9:30 p.m. Monday.
A 38-year-old man had been walking westbound against a red light when he crossed the street.
He was hit by a car travelling south on Broadway.
Police said the pedestrian was taken to hospital by ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries.
The file is still under investigation and charges against the pedestrian are pending.
Alcohol is believed to have been a factor.
