A man has been charged for breaking into a Regina business.
Regina police said around 2:30 p.m. on Monday that there was a suspicious vehicle on the 1800 block of McAra Street. According to police, someone saw a man going back and forth from the locked compound. Officers stopped a vehilce matching the description and the suspect tried to run away.
Police arrested Tony Hudson, 48, and charged him with attempting to break and enter into a business, resisting arrest, two counts of possessing property obtained by crime under $5,000 and possession of break-in instruments.
Hudson made his first appearance in Provincial Court on these charges on Monday afternoon.
