The westbound lanes of Ring Road were closed for about four hours Friday night after a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle.
Regina police said the vehicle-pedestrian collision happened between Arcola Avenue and Wascana Parkway just after 8 p.m.
A 31-year-old man was sent to hospital with serious injuries.
Collision analysts were called to the scene but no charges have been laid at this time as the investigation continues.
Police said alcohol is not believed to have been a factor.
