Regina police are now treating the discovery of a woman’s body as a murder investigation.
The body of Keesha Cree Bitternose, 29, was found on the 1500 block of Cameron Street on Sunday after receiving a report around 11 a.m. about a woman who appeared to be dead.
Police and EMS arrived at the scene and confirmed the death.
The family of Bitternose has been notified of her death. Police, along with the Saskatchewan Coroner’s Service, is continuing to investigate.
