A 93-year-old was seriously hurt in a hit-and-run on Friday afternoon.
According to Regina police, the woman was crossing Elphinstone around 4:20 p.m., when a burgundy hatchback car turned from College Avenue. The pedestrian was hit but the car continued driving.
The woman was taken to hospital by EMS, police said her injuries were serious but not life-threatening.
Police were asking for help in finding the vehicle and the driver, who was described as a young blonde woman wearing black glasses.
Late Friday night, police said they had identified the vehicle and the suspect, and the criminal investigation was continuing.
