SaskPower crews have restored service to the west side of Regina.
An outage affecting some 11,000 customers started Friday at 11:14 a.m., after a transmission line was tripped. Power was restored at about 12:20 p.m.
According to the Crown corporation’s outage map, many of the homes and businesses south of Ninth Avenue North and west of Albert Street were without power during the outage. It stretched west past the Regina Bypass toward Grand Coulee.
