A Saskatoon construction company has been fined after workers were spotted without proper safety gear.
H2 Construction pleaded guilty on Nov. 1 to a pair of charges under Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) regulations, according to a release from the province.
The company was fined $2,800 based on a report from an OH&S officer who saw two of the company’s employees working on a two-storey roof without proper headgear or a fall protection system.
No workers were injured.
