Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 14-year-old girl.
Shakara Desjarlais was last seen on the 1100 block of Robinson Street in Regina at 12:45 p.m. on Nov. 7.
Police describe Desjarlais as an Aboriginal girl, approx. five feet four inches tall, medium build, having long, straight hair and brown eyes. Police said she has a medium complexion and crooked teeth. She may be wearing a grey hooded sweater and white or light blue jeans.
Due to her age, police said she is considered vulnerable and they need to locate her to ensure she is safe.
Anyone with information that could assist police in locating the 14-year-old is asked to contact the Regina Police Service at 306-777-6500 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
