Southern Sask under severe thunderstorm warnings and watches

Environment Canada has issued severe thunderstorm warnings as a storm with strong wind, nickel size hail and heavy rain is on track to hit parts of southern Saskatchewan.

Severe thunderstorm watches are also popping up as the system moves over the province.

Watches mean the area could be hit by the system but isn’t in the direct path.
