Regina police took one person into custody following a “police operation” on Sunday morning.
At about 10:45 a.m., police sent a news release urging the public to avoid the 2200 block of Osler Street — near the Regina General Hospital.
Drivers were told to find a different route while those in the area were told to stay inside.
Police said at about 12:30 p.m. that traffic flow has returned to normal.
