8:30 – Environment Canada confirmed three tornados touched down in southwest Saskatchewan Saturday. Braydon Morisseau is one of five storm chasers who make up Prairie Storm Chasers. He and his team tracked the twisters and caught them in action. They are staying in the area because they believe there will be more storm action today. Morisseau joins Gormley to chat about chasing storms.

11:00 – On March 12 Hockey Canada called it quits for the hockey season due to COVID-19 concerns. Since then, Hockey Canada and The Saskatchewan Hockey Association have been working on a plan for a return to hockey. Training resumed Monday in Saskatchewan with the reopening of indoor rinks, but there’s no word yet on when games might start again. SHA is working with the COVID-19 Business Response Team on some guidelines that they expect to have by the end of the July. Kelly McClintock, General Manager of Saskatchewan Hockey joins Gormley to talk about what a return to hockey in Saskatchewan might look like.

12:00 – Dr. Marcia Sirota has a new article out based on the American experience. The article is about the psychology of refusing to wear a mask based on certain groups that do not comply for their own specific reasons. She thinks the same groups exist in Canada but in smaller numbers. Dr. Sirota joins Gormley with more on her article: The Psychology of Mask Refusal During the Pandemic.
