The affected communities included Abernethy, Balcarres, Cupar, Dysart, Earl Grey, Fort Qu’Appelle, Lemberg, Lipton, Lumsden, Punnichy, Raymore, Regina Beach, Sask Beach, Semans, Southey and Strasbourg.
The Saskatchewan Health Authority said residents who needed to reach 911 should go to their nearest emergency department or physically contact the closest ambulance service.
