The Regina Police Service and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service are investigating the death of a woman in the city.
On Tuesday at around 3:45 a.m., police were called to a house near the intersection of Angus Street and Seventh Avenue.
The caller said someone was slumped over on a doorstep and not breathing.
When officers and paramedics showed up, they confirmed the woman was dead.
Nobody was inside the house at the time.
Police confirmed the woman’s identity Wednesday morning, but will not be sharing the information.
They will be working with the coroner to find out more about the cause and circumstances.
