Christmas day in Saskatoon had drivers watching for flashing blue and amber lights.
They’re on all Saskatoon snow clearing vehicles, and they were out in full force early Sunday making sure the roads were safe after around three cenitmetres of snow fell overnight.
Crews also used a combination of sand and a salt magnesium mix to make sure intersections and major roadways weren’t too slippery.
