There has been a positive COVID-19 case at a Regina care home.
The Salvation Army is confirming a staff member at the William Booth Special Care Home has tested positive for the virus.
In an e-mail, the Salvation Army said it is not a COVID-19 outbreak, but public health has called it a “sentinel event/suspect outbreak.”
According to the e-mail, the William Booth Centre has a pandemic plan in place to ensure the safety of staff and residents.
