An 18-year-old man has been charged with texting while driving after a car hit a concrete barrier and flipped on its roof.
The crash happened westbound on 22nd Street at Fairmont Drive around 4:20 a.m. Thursday.
The driver and another boy in the car were uninjured, while a 16-year-old girl was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
