A missing person’s case from 2013 has resulted in murder charges for three Regina men.
Ronald Matthew Kay was 32-years-old when he was last seen at Mosaic Stadium on Nov. 10, 2013. He was reported missing on Nov. 26, 2013.
Regina police reported Monday that investigators have now determined Kay is dead.
Trevor Evan Asapace, 29, Bill Leonard Favel, 38, and Lester Alvin Favel, 21, have been charged with second-degree murder.
Kay’s remains have not been found.
All three were in court Monday morning.
