Murder charges have been laid in a 2015 death police first ruled as not suspicious.
A 30-year-old man was found dead at a home in the 100 block of 107th Street West in the early morning hours of Oct. 18, 2015.
An autopsy was conducted on Oct. 22, after which Saskatoon police and the coroner’s office determined the death to be non-criminal in nature.
On Friday, police said they have charged a 21-year-old man with first-degree murder for his alleged involvement.
He made his first appearance in Saskatoon Provincial Court on Jan. 12.
