Lena Neumiller, 84, was last seen at 9:30 a.m. Friday in the 1000 block of Temperance Street.
Police say Neumiller has dementia and is very outgoing.
She was last seen wearing a navy toque, navy jacket, blue jeans and winter boots.
Saskatoon Police enlisted the help of the Saskatoon Search and Rescue, but have not located Lena.
