Two women given COVID tickets for organizing Regina rally

Two women have been handed $2,800 tickets for organizing a rally near Victoria Park.

Regina police found about 20 people gathered in the area at about 2 p.m. Saturday. The attendees of the rally were there to protest COVID rules.

With the two new fines, officers in Regina have now handed out 23 public health tickets since the pandemic began.
