Weyburn’s Tenille Arts is gaining popularity south of the border.
The 26-year-old musician was nominated for an Academy of Country Music Award this week in the best new female artist category.
“I truly can’t find a single morsel of chill,” she said in a Facebook post. “being nominated for my first ACM Award is beyond a dream come true.”
Arts’ is nominated alongside Ingrid Andress, Gabby Barrett, Mickey Guyton and Caylee Hammack.
The winner will be announced on April 18.
