Five Regina schools announced COVID-19 cases Saturday, one day after the two largest school divisions in the city announced students would be transitioning soon to remote learning.
Regina Public Schools reported cases at Argyle School, Douglas Park School and Balfour Collegiate. The Regina Catholic School Division said there were new cases at St. Gabriel School and St. Timothy School.
The cases at St. Gabriel and St. Timothy were the second reported at each of those schools this week.
All five schools are to be open Monday, although some classes have been closed due to the positive cases.
There have been 37 COVID cases announced at 22 Regina schools since last Saturday.
