A Regina man was taken to hospital with serious injuries after a stabbing early Wednesday.
Police say officers were called just after 1 a.m., to a home in the 1000 block of Wallace Street in the Eastview area of the city for a report of a weapons offence.
At the scene, they found a man who had what police described as “extensive injuries, including stab wounds.” Paramedics took the man to hospital.
Two men who were in the house were taken into custody. A 21-year-old subsequently was charged with aggravated assault, uttering threats and failing to comply with a probation order.
He was to make his first court appearance Wednesday.
