An arrest has been made in Saskatoon’s 10th homicide of 2016.
A 15-year-old boy is facing several charges related to the death of 26-year-old Dylan Phillips on Oct. 14, 2016.
Police say Phillips was assaulted in a home on Avenue G and later died from his injuries.
An autopsy determined he suffered from a gunshot wound.
The boy also allegedly assaulted two other people.
The teen is facing one count of first degree murder, along with charges of committing murder for the benefit of a criminal organization and two counts of assault with a weapon.
He is due to appear in provincial court April 3 to enter a plea.
