Regina police and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service are investigating the death of a woman who was found in a home near Downtown Regina.
The woman was deceased when he was located just before 11 a.m. in a home in the 1700 block of Ottawa Street by Regina Police Service (RPS) patrol members. Officers found the body after they arrived and entered the house. She was confirmed dead and officers secured the scene and requested a coroner and further police resources.
The investigation is in its early stages. Anyone with information that could help police is asked to contact Regina police at 306-777-6500 or Crime Stoppers.
