Body found after house fire leads to murder charge

Regina police have charged Percy Bernard Pascal, 37, with first-degree murder in the death of Morgan Blind.

The 24-year-old man’s body was found inside a home on the 1400 block of Cameron Street following a fire on Dec. 16. 

Police also charged Pascal with possession of a firearm and failing to comply.

He made his first court appearance on Thursday.
