Regina school buses cancelled due to extreme cold

Students attending schools in and around Regina will need to find another way of getting there.

The Regina Public and Catholic school divisions cancelled all bus routes on Thursday with temperatures dipping below -45 C with the windchill.

The Prairie Valley School Division also says buses won’t be running, but there are plans to reassess routes for the afternoon depending on conditions.

All schools remain open and parents are reminded to contact their schools if their kids won’t be attending class.
