Mounties are treating the discovery of three bodies inside a vehicle in northern Saskatchewan as a possible drug overdose.
Spiritwood RCMP said Saturday around 8:30 a.m. the individuals were found on a road between Leoville and Chitek Lake, roughly 150 kilometres northeast of North Battleford.
A police news release said the three were found unresponsive in a vehicle. EMS declared them dead at the scene.
Evidence of illegal drug activity was found according to police, who are continuing to investigate along with the help of the Saskatchewan Coroners Service.
