The body of a teen who went missing Friday in Buffalo Pound Lake was found early Tuesday.
The RCMP said a member of the public found the teen’s body at around 6:30 a.m., in the water near the shoreline in the area where he was last seen.
His family has been notified.
On Friday at around 5:30 p.m., the Moose Jaw RCMP got a call about the incident. Officers were told five teenagers were walking and swimming in the water when the wind and waves swept one of them away.
Search and dive teams were at the beach in the area of North Grove through the weekend and into Monday.
