The suspect who allegedly killed an 85-year-old woman at a seniors home in Prince Albert this summer will not be charged.
Prince Albert police said the suspect has died since the incident happened in August.
The suspect was never arrested and there weren’t any other suspects.
In the Aug. 14 incident, police were called following an assault on the 85-year-old by a 76-year-old woman. Police say the victim died several days later as a result of her injuries.
