Traffic was flowing again on the Trans-Canada Highway near Grenfell on Friday afternoon after an incident involving a semi was rectified.
Just after 12:30 p.m., the Highway Hotline said both eastbound lanes and one westbound lane on the highway were blocked four kilometres east of Grenfell. What happened to prompt the closure wasn’t released.
Shortly after 3 p.m., the Highway Hotline removed the closure notification.
No further information was released about the incident.
