House fire on Quebec Street injures one person

A person was sent to the hospital Friday night after a house fire on the 1800 block of Quebec Street.

Regina Fire and Protective Services said it was able to contain the fire to the room in which it originated.

It also said one person suffered minor burns. Nobody else was hurt.

Crews called to a house fire around 8:20 tonight on the 1800 Blk of Quebec St. Fire contained to the room of origin. One occupant transported to hospital with minor burn injuries. No other injuries, fire is under investigation. #yqr pic.twitter.com/LFV6wDltAn
