Regina police and the Office of the Chief Coroner are investigating an incident on the Ring Road after a man’s body was discovered Wednesday morning.
At around 5:28 a.m., officers were called to the Highway 1 bypass south of Assiniboine Avenue after a northbound driver reported what appeared to be a body in a field east of the road.
Police said the man has been identified and the family is being notified.
Police are working with the coroner to determine what happened to the man. Anyone with information is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
