One person was sent to the hospital after a house caught fire on the 1900 block of Montreal Street Monday afternoon.
Regina Fire and Protective Services said in a tweet the fire was located in the basement and firefighters were able to quickly contain it.
It also said one person living there was being treated for smoke inhalation.
