Cremated remains stolen from vehicle in Moose Jaw

A thief in Moose Jaw stole something precious and irreplaceable from a vehicle last month.

According to Moose Jaw Crime Stoppers, a thief entered a vehicle parked on Chestnut Avenue last Thursday.

“The cremated remains of a family member were stolen from the vehicle,” Crime Stoppers said in a social media post.

According to Crime Stoppers, the local police have opened a file on the incident, and anyone with information that could help the case was urged to contact the Moose Jaw Police Service or Crime Stoppers.
