The Regina Police Service (RPS) and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service have launched a homicide investigation after a man was found dead at a home in the 3000 block of Sixth Avenue North.
According to an RPS media release sent out on Saturday, the victim’s name will not be released at this time.
Police were dispatched to the home on Friday at 10:33 p.m.
“Officers arrived, and located the body of an adult male, who was confirmed deceased,” the release stated. “The officers secured the scene and requested a Coroner as well as additional police resources. There are no other details for release to the public.”
